I call this a "Winter Wonderland Necklace" with all the blue and crystal beads along with the silver charms. A unique necklace that can be worn any time during the Winter Season, not just for Christmas time. Dress the necklace up with a lovely
sweater or a crisp shirt, you decide. I can see this necklace as your all-time favorite for the Winter.
I love the color scheme I chose for this necklace, blues, crystal, and silver work beautifully together. I just had to use Swarovski beads (Blue Montana with crystal and crystal). You see Blue Montana has two colors in the bead. What a gorgeous color combination. I also included Czech blue beads. I added some antique silver-plated charms to go with the Winter theme. Some charms are made by Tierra-Cast design (a snowflake, a cute snowman, and a peace dove charm). There is a pinecone charm that is made in the USA. The pinecone charm is an antique silver ox. Do you ask what ox silver plated is? Oxidation is a chemical process that gives a "tarnished" or "discolored" effect to your jewelry.
I would have to say one of my customers was behind the inspiration for this necklace. The theme, colors, and design work well as a "Winter Wonderland Necklace".
A little tidbit:
- Snowmen are known as a beloved symbol of Christmas.
- The snowflake can be a symbol of rebirth. Snow makes the earth look clean and fresh. This is why snowflakes can also be a symbol of purity. When it melts, it's transformed into water, making it a suitable symbol for transformation and new beginnings.
- The dove has been a symbol of peace and innocence for thousands of years in many different cultures. In ancient Greek mythology, it was a symbol of love and the renewal of life, and in ancient Japan, a dove carrying a sword symbolized the end of the war.
- The pinecone is a symbol of enlightenment, fertility, the third eye, and eternal life. Pinecones were considered symbols of fertility by Romans, Greeks, Assyrians, and Christians.

I have a large lobster clasp on the necklace, but if you would like a smaller one, just ask. I have attached all the the charms to a Terra-Cast silver link which I patina to a silver grey to match the chains. I have used an antique silver-plated chain along with a stainless-steel chain to attach the beads and charms.

The necklace only weighs 1.25 ounces. The cluster of charms adds another 3 1/2 inches to the length of your necklace.
