The image on this locket brought back memories of my Dad when he served in the Navy. I remember watching his ship sailing away and they were playing "Anchors Away". So sad when you were a child and not knowing when Dad
would be home again. So when I saw this locket, I knew I had to design with it. Maybe it might bring back memories of your husband, dad, or brother.
Sailboats symbolize: journey and adventure. They also are associated with being carried along by the “breath of life,” as its primary form of momentum is gained through the wind in its sails

I have attached this vintage inspired locket to a simple yet gorgeous bronze plated filigree link and then added a gorgeous Czech blue bell flower bead and a bronze plated Tierra Cast anchor. The bronze plated Rolo chain is lead free and nickel
free. The locket measures 1 1/4 inches and has two round frames for mementos, pictures or anything that is close to your heart.
Locket opens at the right side (see photo #3), hinge and latch are secure, in good working condition.
The image has been specially formulated to be UV safe, water resistant and scratch resistant (but should not be submerged/immersed in water so please do not wear while showering, swimming etc.)

The length of the necklace comes in two different lengths (24 inch or 30 inch). Please Note; the locket adds another 1 1/4 inches to your necklace.
