I fell in love with the main focal point on these earrings, Vintaj brass patterned leaf, and knew I would love to make it different. The brass leaves were changed in color (by me) using patina paints. I was able to change the look altogether and I love how the paints make the leaf charm appear to be from the Victorian age. I love to use Patina paints to work magic on some of my pieces of jewelry. After the Patina paint dried I added mod podge to seal the paint. I continue to add Czech's Beach glass Picasso cruller beads along with dogwood Druk beads. The cruller beads are wrapped around with beautiful bead caps. to complete these distinctive earrings I paired them with Vintaj brass French ear wires.
