The Pantone color of the year for 2022 is Periwinkle. I am very excited to introduce this color to one of my creations. Roses are red, Violets are blue, are they really blue or purple? These fun romantic periwinkle blue enamel earrings are perfect for the Spring and Summer seasons. Are you looking for a unique pair of earrings that is lightweight and easy to wear? Look no further. What a beautiful piece of art for your ears! If you love flowers, especially violets then these earrings are a perfect match for you. I can see you wearing these earrings to church or out on the town with your love. I can see these being worn with a gorgeous dress or a skirt.
These enamel charms are artisan-made by Alison Page. The beauty of these charms has an amazing look and your ears will wear a beautiful piece of art. The enamel charms are made with two connectors both with blue-violet flowers. Can I just say how romantic these enamel charms are? I have attached sterling silver matte beads along with Swarovski Provence Lavender crystal beads. These beads are light purple pastel crystals. To complete these earrings, I have added sterling silver half-hoop ear wires.
Periwinkle represents serenity, calmness, winter, and ice.
It can also symbolize blossoming friendships, sentimental memories, and everlasting love. Periwinkle is an anchoring hue when used with more vibrant colors, such as oranges or greens, or a complementary color when used with other shades of blue and neutrals.
What do violets symbolize?
Violets symbolize modesty. According to Greek mythology, violets were created when one of Artemis' nymphs, who had all sworn to stay maidens, was being pursued by her twin brother, Apollo. To protect her nymph, Artemis transformed her into a violet, which in turn led the violet to become a symbol of modesty.
The color purple has always been associated with opulence, uniqueness, and beauty. Wearing purple symbolizes royalty, grandeur, independence, wisdom, devotion, extravagance, pride, and creativity, just to mention a few. They did so because the color purple symbolizes loyalty and trust. This comes from the association with royalty.
