I fell in love with the ceramic charms. The beauty of the Red Cardinals on the charms had me wanting to design Christmas earrings. The combination of ceramic cardinal charms and the colors of the beads characterizes Christmas. There is a simply stunning Red Cardinal resting on a branch with berries. Amanda, the artisan designer, handcrafted the bird charms for durability. Green porcelain bead caps and silver-plated bead caps were added just above the charms. Sitting on top of the bead caps are stunning red matte lampwork beads with fine silver dots added to the beads. Serena handmade these gorgeous lampwork beads. The colors of the beads perfectly capture the essence of the Christmas Holiday. I finished my design with silver-plated bead caps hugging Swarovski Siam crystal beads to highlight the cardinals. I know Swarovski beads are known for their quality and shine and that’s the reason I use them in my designs. I suspended the Red Cardinal earrings from sterling silver ball-end French hook ear wires, which are hypoallergenic.
